Why Sponsor Rugby?Rugby is traditionally a working class sport, and has a large player and fan base throughout the world, and Grande Prairie is no exception. Rugby relies heavily on sponsorship and player fund-raising throughout the season to enable clubs to offer coaching, clothing, insurance, facilities and equipment. The age range of senior rugby players, both male and female is 18-50, with fans of all ages attending games weekly throughout the summer. Our junior program also hosts children of all ages and introduces them to the sport of rugby.
